Florida political campaign advertising laws (and where mobile LED fits)
Disclaimer rules, contribution reporting, polling-place restrictions, and the underused channel candidates use in the final 90 days.

Florida campaign managers underuse mobile LED — and the ones who do not are winning close races. Here is the legal framework and the strategic playbook.
Required disclaimers
Every Florida political ad must include a 'Paid political advertisement, paid for by [committee name]' disclaimer. For mobile LED, this means the disclaimer must appear on every creative loop — we require it on every motion spot you supply, typically in the bottom 12%, to comply with FL §106.143.
Contribution + expense reporting
Mobile billboard buys are reportable expenses (not in-kind contributions when paid at fair market value). Our invoices are structured to match FL Division of Elections expense reporting categories so your treasurer drops them straight into the report.
Polling-place restrictions
Florida prohibits campaign activity (including parked commercial vehicles displaying political content) within 150 feet of any polling place entrance. Our operators are trained on the 150-foot rule and pre-route around every polling place in your target precincts on election day.
Where mobile LED wins for candidates
Final 90 days, GOTV the final 10 days, debate-night spin, opposition response within 6 hours of a news cycle, polling-place adjacent (outside the 150-ft) GOTV. We have run mobile LED for state house, state senate, mayoral, and federal House races across Florida.
