Florida runs on events. Knowing which weeks are surge weeks — and which are quietly under-booked — is the difference between a campaign that prints and a campaign that gets buried. Here is the 2026 calendar we route around.
Q1 — Boat Show, Gasparilla, Music Week
January: Daytona Speedweeks. February: Miami International Boat Show, Gasparilla (Tampa), South Beach Wine & Food. March: Miami Music Week, Ultra, Sony Open. Book Q1 by October — Music Week sells out our Miami fleet by November.
Q2 — Pride, Memorial, Cinco
April: Pride Miami Beach, Tortuga Festival (Fort Lauderdale). May: Memorial Day SoBe, Cinco de Mayo (huge in Doral, Tampa, Orlando). June: Calle Ocho, summer slowdown begins.
Q3 — quiet money
July–August is Florida's slowest commercial window — heat, hurricane risk, locals out of town. Quiet money: real estate (inventory builds), back-to-school retail, summer political primaries.
Q4 — the surge
October: Halloween, college football. November: F1 Miami GP qualifying weeks, Bucs/Dolphins home stretch. December: Art Basel + Design Miami (Dec 4–8), NYE SoBe. December is the highest-impression month of the year. Book Basel by July.
