This Privacy Policy explains how Presidential Advertising LLC (d/b/a Presidential LED Trucks), located in Palm Beach County, Florida, United States ("Company," "we," "us"), collects, uses, shares, and safeguards personal information when you visit Presidential LED Trucks, submit a form, subscribe to updates, or otherwise engage our Services. 1. Categories of information we collect
- Identifiers & contact data — name, email, phone, company, city (booking, contact, and promoter forms).
- Commercial data — campaign type, budget, timeline, service interest, notes you send us.
- Marketing data — newsletter email, list, subscription status, and a proof-of-consent record (the exact opt-in copy you agreed to, IP address, user-agent, timestamp, and every subsequent opt-out or resubscribe event).
- Confirmation-email preferences — if you opt out of contact or booking confirmation emails, we store your email, the category you opted out of, timestamp, IP, and user-agent so we can honor the request.
- Account data (admins only) — email, hashed password, role, sign-in timestamps.
- Technical & usage data — IP address, user-agent, referrer, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, cookie identifiers, timestamps, error logs.
- Communications — the content of emails, form submissions, and messages you send us.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories such as government IDs, precise geolocation, biometric data, health data, financial-account credentials, or data from children under 13. We do not sell personal information for money.

See the Data Collection page for the current list of subprocessors.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use strictly-necessary cookies (session, security, load balancing) and limited analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies; blocking strictly-necessary cookies may break parts of the site. If you are visiting from a jurisdiction that requires prior consent (EU/UK), we ask before setting non-essential cookies.

We may retain information longer if required by law or to resolve disputes.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including TLS-encrypted transport, encrypted storage at our hosting provider, hashed passwords, row-level security on our database, and least-privilege access. No system is 100% secure. Notify us immediately at nick@presidentialadvertising.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and (if applicable) sell or share.
- Access a copy of your personal information.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and of targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information for money and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Limit use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect sensitive PI as defined by the CPRA).
- Non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
To exercise rights, submit a privacy request or email nick@presidentialadvertising.com with the subject "California privacy request." We may verify your identity before responding and will respond within 45 days (extendable to 90). You may designate an authorized agent in writing.
10. EU/UK residents (GDPR / UK GDPR)
If you are in the EU, EEA, or UK, Presidential Advertising LLC acts as data controller for personal data you submit to us. Our lawful bases are:
- Contract — to respond to a quote, book, and deliver a campaign (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Legitimate interests — site security, fraud prevention, service improvement, and B2B outreach where interests are balanced (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Consent — marketing email, non-essential cookies (Art. 6(1)(a); withdrawable at any time).
- Legal obligation — tax, accounting, lawful requests (Art. 6(1)(c)).
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You may lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority (in the UK, the ICO). International transfers to the United States rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or comparable safeguards imposed on our processors. Submit a privacy request or email nick@presidentialadvertising.com to exercise any right.
11. Canadian residents (PIPEDA / Quebec Law 25)
If you are in Canada, we rely on your consent (express for marketing, implied for service-related communications). You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions. You have rights of access, correction, and, under Quebec Law 25, portability and deletion. Contact nick@presidentialadvertising.com to exercise these rights. You may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
12. Children
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child provided information, email us and we will delete it.
13. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no industry standard, and we currently do not respond to DNT. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as opt-outs of sale/sharing for California residents.
14. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party sites we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own.
15. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
